All our products are digital downloads in PDF format, no hard-copies are shipped.
You will receive a confirmation email after purchase with a 30-day expiry link. Please ensure you have downloaded/saved the PDF to your local computer/device within that 30 day period.

Return & Exchange Policy
We don't really have a return or exchange policy as once an item has been downloaded there's really no way for us to be certain you aren't hanging on to it free of charge. So please ensure you are purchasing the correct item before you go ahead and commit.

That said, if you genuinely have made a mistake and downloaded the wrong item and want to 'exchange' then please email us at websales@berkeleymusiccentre.com with your request/explanation and we'll see what we can do !
